Land Clearing & Construction Services in Leon County, TX

Family-owned and based right here in Leon County since 1978. This is home, not a service area we commute into.

Serving Leon County Since 1978

Leon County sits in the Post Oak Savannah region of Central Texas, with rolling terrain, sandy and clay soils, and land drained by the Navasota and Trinity rivers along with numerous creeks. That mix of terrain is exactly what we've worked with for over 45 years, which means we understand how this ground behaves differently from one part of the county to the next.

We serve landowners throughout Leon County, including Marquez, Centerville, and Buffalo, along with the surrounding rural areas.

Leon County

Getting to Know Leon County

Leon County runs along Interstate 45 between Dallas and Houston, with Centerville, the county seat, near the geographic center of the county, and Buffalo near the Freestone County line. The eastern part of the county drains into the Trinity River, and the western part drains into the Navasota River, with numerous creeks crossing the county in between, including Boggy, Keechi, and Clear Creek. That creek network is part of why culvert and creek crossing work comes up so often on Leon County properties.

Fort Boggy State Park

between Leona and Centerville, sits on land once tied to an 1840s-era fort along the historic El Camino Real. Today it's a well-known local landmark for hiking, fishing, and camping, and a good reference point for anyone unfamiliar with the area: our service area covers the ranch and rural properties throughout the county surrounding it.

Lake Limestone

shared with neighboring Limestone County, sits in the northwestern corner of Leon County and is a popular spot for local recreation. We regularly work on pond, drainage, and site projects for properties near the lake.

Why Leon County Landowners Choose Us

Being local isn't just a talking point for us. It means we already know the terrain, the drainage patterns, and the seasonal weather that affects timing on a clearing, grading, or pond project. It also means when something needs a follow-up visit, we're not driving in from out of county to handle it.
